Lynne Lambert on Desire - The first step in using your power to create is to precisely define your desire. What exactly do you desire to attract in to your life? Become clear about your true desire and create a vision of it in you mind’s eye. Make sure to focus on your primary desire rather than the means with which you think your desire should arrive. For instance, some may say they wish to win the lottery. But is your desire to win or is it to have a life style that this winning would allow? Your focus will be more effective if directed toward the end result of your desired creation. Don’t underestimate or limit the power of the Universe to deliver your creations in ways you may not have thought of. Allow all avenues of possibility to bring your desire to fruition.

Desire gives us the drive required to move. It acts like a motivation fuel. Your creative juices begin to flow when you think, decide and clearly define your desires to yourself. When desires are virtuous, all the powers of the universe support you and light the path toward manifesting that result. You will need to take caution not to allow the poison of fear, guilt, hatred and self doubt to enter your creation field. These poisons could take hold and squash the growth of your beautiful desires. Also, indecision sends a mixed message to the creative forces in the universe and it complies with your indecisive desires. Clarify your desire.

Intention

Lynne Lambert on Intention – Random intentions will produce random life results. You always have the right now to choose new intention and own your power to move through life more deliberately! Begin by elevating your intentions, thoughts, and words to match what you wish to manifest in your life. You are in charge of your mindset creations and your perception of life begins there.

Intention is one of the beginning ingredients toward manifesting your experience. If you are still giving your attention to programmed, unwanted perceptions from your past, you will block your power to intend new creation. Let go of the past! Open your mind and clarify your intentions for your life NOW. It is a decision to move through life with joy, ease and purpose. It is also a decision to ignore your ability to consciously intend, allow life to happen by default, and point a finger of blame.

Call upon your foundation of authenticity, integrity and love and construct your intentions. Keep your focus on gratitude for the good that is instead of what you may feel is lacking. The law of attraction will immediately begin the process of manifesting that which you are giving your attention. Your intention is the platform from which your life creations launch. Bring your mind up and consciously intend!

Addiction

Addiction – Consciousness is your birthright. The awareness of life, its surroundings and experiences are what devise you as the unique and magnificent creative being you are while on this earth.

The space you occupy, your body, your brain and your environment exist especially for you. They are intended for your enjoyment, evolvement and contribution. When you rely on substance to create a reality for you, you reject the privilege of your sole consciousness. You place your individuality and purpose of evolution on hold.

Addition is nothing more than a procrastinating personality with an ignorant unwillingness to carry through with the mission intended in this incarnation. Addiction gives the false illusion of escape of self.
Your emotions provide you with a gage that determines weather you are living in alignment with your soul’s purpose or not. Substance addiction separates you and numbs you from your emotions. Substance addition blocks your inner guidance system, the voice of your soul.

Unfortunately, not only is the addict disregarding the time spent here in this lifetime but the devastation inflicted on others due to unconscious behavior will have consequences on the other side.

The more lifetimes you spend in addiction, the more embedded it becomes in your personality. Kick it now! You cannot escape you. You can learn to command your body, mind and spirit here and now or you do it in ten million years. You are eternal and your soul waits patiently for your awakening.
Addiction must be overcome to reclaim the inherent power you own over your mind and body. Consciousness is you!

Boundries

Lynne Lambert on Boundaries - The integrity, authenticity and love you are now moving from will create your boundaries for you. You have an individual pace of acceptance and tolerance for change and a unique mission in life. Boundaries are not only healthy, but a necessary element of staying authentic. Sometimes establishing boundaries will require you to find your voice and use it. Sometimes it will mean stretching yourself outside your comfort zone. And sometimes it will require taking a step back.

Establishing your boundaries while staying open to serving your family, friends and the planet is truly an art. It will be different for each person as it will reach the deepest realism of your spirit. You will need to call upon authenticity when you experience guilt. You will need to remember your integrity when your tendency is selfish. You will need to stop and remember to let the truth of love guide you, even when it wasn’t initially at the forefront of your thought. Creating boundaries is an on going, ever-changing life school of awareness. Boundaries will keep you at peace as you create for the highest good for all.

Love

Lynne Lambert on Love – Various spiritual teachings say that there are only two emotions…Love and Fear. All other emotions are a reaction and secondary to these. Love is the true essence of your being.

Fear based emotions are learned and acquired as we move through the perceived difficulties of living. Sometimes fear based emotions are so repetitious they become habitual and feel like a genuine part of your fundamental nature.

Fear is expressed through insecurity, shame, hate, prejudice, jealousy, greed, deceit or any other negative state of being. Allowing your focus to get lost on fearful aspects of life will promote their dominance over your true nature, which is Love. Your repetitive attention and focus on love will heal and repel any fear based mode of living.

You are safe. Go ahead…Love.

Authenticity

LYNNE LAMBERT on Authenticity – Proclaiming authenticity might take some effort because we have been taught to accept the ideas of society, religion, parents and other outside influence that have surrounded us since birth. At some point in life we become independent thinkers and internal conflict occurs if the teaching from our youth doesn’t align with our soul’s purpose. The good news is, we do become independent thinkers!

You become accountable for your authenticity when you make the decision to shed the layers of accumulated life sludge, such as fear, guilt, resentment, jealousy, hate or any other acquired false belief. When the weight of these falsities is removed, true peace will emerge.

Authenticity summons your courage, it requests your vulnerability to the consequences of the truth and the unknown, and it expects your honesty in all dealings in life. The core of your being is always insistent upon authenticity.

Allow your spirit to experience the joy of “AWE” moments that come from growth, change and discovery, because these are constant gifts in life. Your accountability and surrender to your authenticity will provide truth and joy in living.

Integrity

LYNNE LAMBERT on Integrity – There is a God like essence in every one of us. A spot inside that is all good…all love. Shift your mind to that spot in your daily interaction and you will naturally act from integrity. Moving through life with this conscious form of integrity is indicative of an evolved and evolving spirit.

Your integrity invites truth and peace in to your experiences and surroundings. Love and light will emerge from you and your life experience will be a contribution to the highest good for yourself, your loved ones and the planet. You will consciously invite the inherent God likeness you possess to express itself through you when you live from this spot. Integrity ignites from the core of your being.

Get in touch with that God spot deep within yourself and you will live in alignment with the essence of your being. That’s integrity!

The Wisdom Whisperer

Daily meditation has become my life line. Through meditation, I have discovered a spot that always has the answer and the wisdom I seek, if only I am still and listen. It gives me feelings of peace and provides insights and inspiration.

Sharing the images and messages I receive during meditation was an idea that came to me as a powerful instinct during one of these meditations. I am having fun learning to trust my instincts and go with them.

The idea of using The Wisdom Whisperer as my title was one of the first messages I received. I was very resistant to the idea initially. It sounded arrogant to me and like an impossible task. However, through continued meditations I realized (WHEW) I am not a wisdom whisperer, but this is an internal voice available to all of us. It is our connection to the Divine that whispers “come back to truth”.

Each of us has the capacity to listen and allow our own Wisdom Whisperer to communicate with us. Your Whisperer will attempt to communicate with you through many different avenues. You may hear a song with a message playing in your head, you may receive the same suggestion from several different sources, or coincidences and synchronicities may appear. Stay open to the subtle suggestions your Wisdom Whisperer provides.

My intention here is only to share what I hear in my personal meditations, with those who wish to know.

There are many different methods and techniques for meditation, and really, no wrong or right way. I sometimes meditate while doing something active like walking and sometimes while sitting erect with my eyes closed. However, for the purpose of this information I use the following method.

I begin by sitting comfortable in a quiet place where I will not be disturbed and close my eyes. I then focus on my breathing and visualize each breath filling my lungs with God’s light.
Next I image a golden cord of light streaming through my body and out the base of my spine. This light continues deep into the earth, connecting me and grounding me to this life. With my mind’s eye I follow the light back up, through my body and out the top of my head. It streams into the heavens and connects me to the divine.

I now feel connected to all that is and I allow this light to expand and fill me.

Next, I mentally cleanse each charka with light (more on this later). Eventually I focus my attention on my third eye, (located in the middle of the forehead) and ask for Divine guidance in serving the light. I listen to the message and I will share my visions in the blogs to come.
